Discussing Nigeria’s efforts at mitigating child abuse since Independence, on Radio Nigeria. Honestly, in terms of laws, Nigeria has come a long way especially with the enactment of Child’s Right Act which has issues of children covered. This is evident in the increased reportage as people are breaking the culture of silence. However, a lot more could still be done and all hands must be on deck.
